Products are shipped via either Australia Post or a Melbourne courier company for local deliveries if Same Day service is required.

Shipping charges are calculated by Australia Post and or Courier at the checkout based on your order.
Small Orders from $3.95
Larger Orders are Flat Rate $9.95
We also offer a Table Rate for Best Postage options.

How long will it take to get my products?
All orders are shipped using the services of Australia Post and Couriers Please.
Parcel Post: Please allow 2 - 7 working days for delivery of your order by ordinary mail.
Express Post: 1 - 3 days except the NT and WA which may take 2 - 5 days depending on the location. Please ensure if you select Express Post that you are located within the Express Post Network.
We do not ship to PO Box's. Please provide a mailing address when you make a new account.
Please Note:
If you do not select an insured option for your postage we cannot track it and will not take responsibility for it after it has left our dispatch post office.
When situations arise where we expect delays we will contact you normally via the e-mail address you provided with your order.
During the holiday seasons such as Christmas we do expect delays due to higher volumes so please keep that in mind when ordering for special occasions!
Urgent Orders
Please contact us for Urgent Orders that are required within a few days to ensure this is possible.
If you have already placed your order and it is urgent you must specify the date the products are required by.
